Case filed against 51 people including Moulvibazar JUBO league president

A case has been filed against 51 people, including the president of Moulvibazar District jubo league. An unknown number of 50/60 people have been named as accused. The case was filed at Moulvibazar Sadar Model Police Station on monday (sep 05 ) night. Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Moulvibazar Model Police Station KM Nazrul Islam confirmed the matter.

Among the accused in the case are Moulvibazar District jubo League President syed rejaul karim sumon, saifuur rahman rony, rubel chairman, irfan hussain, ajmal husaain, masum ahmed, humayun kabir shawon, borkot mia, ajmal hussain, monirujjaman shipu, alamgeer mia, aktarujjaman, ekhlasur rahman, ali mia, sheikh khayrul islam, taherul islam, foysal mia among others.

It is learned that the case was filed by emon mia, coordinator of the anti-discrimination student movement, over the attack on students during a protest program at Moulvibazar town on August 4.
